This handmade one-of-a-kind chic bracelet features beautiful Canadian jade side-drilled pebble stones 2-4x8-12mm. The charms are gold plated star charms with rhinestones. The entire bracelet is gold filled (jump rings, French wire, crimp tubes, and clasp) EXCEPT my logo tag and gold plated star charms.
The term jade is used to refer to two different silicate minerals - jadeite and nephrite. This Canadian Jade, mined in British Columbia, Canada, is the nephrite variety of jade. Nephrite is not actually a mineral in its own right, but is a tough, compact variety of either tremolite or actinolite, which are both calcium and magnesium-rich silicate hydroxides. The fibrous structure of Nephrite is so tightly woven that this gemstone is actually tougher than steel! The color of Nephrite varies with its composition, with the dark green coloring arising from the presence of iron.
Metaphysically, jades are said to evoke prosperity and good luck.
This bracelet fits wrist sizes 6 1/4" to 6 1/2" Adjust the clasp on the jump rings to the desired wrist size. Need a larger bracelet? Message me, and we can add a few jump rings (Gold filled findings are more expensive, depending on the size of your wrist, an additional charge my apply.)
