Laws San Luis Valley Rye is a small batch whiskey made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The whiskey has a spicy, earthy flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
